We're excited to introduce the Sample Orders feature, designed to help you ensure the quality, fit, and finish of your swag before making a final decision. This feature allows you to request a sample of one of your proposed swag options directly through the Avail Swag platform.

How Sample Orders Work:

1. Requesting a Sample:
   • Your sales rep can now create a sample order and link it back to one of the proposed options in your project.
   • This creates a "Sample Ordered" Swag Tag within the project, making it easy to view and track your samples.
2. Tracking the Sample:
   • Hover over the "Sample Ordered" Swag Tag to view the order status and any updates.
   • Once the sample order ships, Avail automatically sends the tracking information and updates the project activity, alerting everyone involved.
