If you need assistance with your projects, account, or general questions - our support team is here to help! This guide explains the various convenient ways you can contact support.

Live Chat

Live chat is available directly within the Avail app. You or your teammates can access the chat by clicking on the chat bubble that lives in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Our agents are available during our regular business hours which are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. If agents are online and available, they will promptly reply directly to your message! 

If it's after business hours (or they're unavailable), your inquiry will be submitted via email and we will follow up with 24 hours.

Project Activity

You can always ask for help or assistance directly inside your projects using the project activity function. Tag your swag specialist using "@" and then their username to notify them directly.

Help Center

Our Help Center can clear up common questions and troubleshooting. It's available 24/7/365 and can be found on our website under "Resources" or by clicking the help icon in the bottom right of the app navigation menu.
