If you’re having trouble logging into your Avail account, don’t worry. This guide will walk you through some common solutions to help you regain access.

Common Issues & Solutions

Incorrect Email or Password:

  • Double check your credentials. Ensure you are entering the correct email and case sensitive password
  • Reset your password. Click "Forgot Password" on the sign in page. Enter the email associated with your account. You will be sent a reset link with instructions to reset your password.
  • Account Verification. If you recently signed up, make sure you have verified your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email and click the provided link.
  • Clear Browser Cache. Sometimes old data can cause login issues. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. Check these resources for help clearing your browser cache on Chrome, Safari, or Explorer.

Signing In With SSO (Single Sign-On)

If your organization uses SSO, click on the "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft." This will use your existing company credentials to automatically login.

💡Tip: You may need to verify or authenticate your credentials before signing in.
