By popular request, you now have a way to share creative product options with your colleagues or decision-makers without needing to add new users to the Avail platform. Now, it’s easier than ever to share, collaborate, and get input on your selections.

Why This Matters:

Previously, Admins had to invite others to the Avail app to view projects and product options. Now, with the ability to export product options into a PDF, you can:

1. Quickly share product selections with external stakeholders.
2. Avoid the need to add new users to your Avail account.
3. Provide a streamlined, professional, and shareable document in just a few clicks.

How to Use It:

1. View Your Product Options: Once our team has presented product options for your order, you’ll see an “Print” option.
2. Generate the PDF: Click the print button, and save the file as a PDF. A file will be automatically generated with all the product options presented.
3. Share It Easily: You can then download the PDF and send it via email or any other platform of your choice.
