Bulk Invitations Explained

We're excited to introduce the Bulk User Invitations feature, which allows companies to bulk upload a list of users and send them invitations to join the Avail Swag platform. This feature is designed to streamline the onboarding process for large teams or departments.

How to Use Bulk User Invitations:

1. Preparing the List:
   • Create an Excel or CSV file with columns for full names, email addresses, and user roles (Admin, Member, or Guest).
2. Uploading the List:
   • Navigate to the "Invites" section in Account Settings.
   • Click the three-dot icon next to "Invite" and select "Bulk Upload."
   • Upload your prepared file.
3. Sending Invitations:
   • Review and confirm the details.
   • The invitations are automatically sent and users will receive an email to join the platform.

Benefits of Bulk User Invitations:
