The Project Planner is a powerful tool within avail designed to streamline the process of collecting project information and kickstarting new projects.

Using the Project Planner

When you start a new project, you'll be met with an easy-to-use workflow that takes guides you through the important details we need. These details include:

  1. Items. What categories of items are you interested in? We separate this into two categories, apparel and hardgoods. These choices tell our swag specialists where to start looking what types of items you're interested in seeing.
  2. Project Name. What do you want to call your project? Choose a name that is both relevant and easy to remember. This will help you find it later down the road.
  3. Budget. How much do you want to spend on this project? We help you budget two ways, per person and total.
  4. Shipping & Delivery. How and when do you want your project delivered? Provide us with your address and in-hands date. You can ship to a single address, multiple, or add to your inventory.
  5. Review & Submit. Tell us more about what your project is for, who it's for, and any other relevant details. Attach examples or logo files for our team to use.
  6. Request Options. After you've reviewed your details, request your options and our team will get started right away.

Using your project details, we'll source you some highly relevant and creative swag options for you to check out. We work quickly, but we're also intentionally about what we select for you. You can expect to have options back within 24 hours of requesting them.
