Keeping track of your billing history is crucial for managing your expenses and ensuring all transactions are accurate. This article explains how you can view your billing history within the Avail Swag platform.
Navigate to Invoices Tab
Log in to your Avail account
Click on "Invoices" located in the main navigation menu.
Using Filters
At the top of the Invoices Tab, You'll find filters to view different statuses of your invoices: invoiced, outstanding, past-due, and all invoices.
Use these filters to narrow down the list to the specific information you're looking for.
Summary Cards
Below the filters, you'll see three content cards that display the total number of invoices, total dollars invoiced, and any open balance amount.
These cards can give you quick insights into the overview of your swag program and spending trends.
Invoice Table
This table shows corresponding invoices based on your selected filters.
You can sort the table by column headers such as date, amount, or status.
Use the date filter to view invoices from a specific time period.
Exporting Your Billing History
There may be circumstances where you need to export your billing data out of the avail app.
You can download the invoice table as a .CSV for further analysis and record-keeping.
Click "download" button to export your billing history.
Analyzing Your Billing Data
Invoice Details: Click on any invoice in the table to view detailed information about that transaction.
Order Types & Status: Filter invoices by order type or status to get insights into your spending patterns.
Total Amounts: Use filters and sorting options to see the total amounts spent within a certain period or on specific types of orders
