Adding new users to your Avail Swag account helps streamline collaboration and manage your team effectively. This guide will walk you through the steps to invite new users.
Accessing Account Settings
Log into your Avail account
Click your user profile in the bottom left corner
Select "Account Settings" from the menu
Inviting New Users
Adding a Single User:
Type in the user's email address. This can be your domain or an external domain, depending on the use case.
Choose the appropriate role (Admin, Member, or Guest). To learn more, check out User Roles & Permissions.
Click "Invite" to send the invitation. The user will receive an email notification to join the platform.
